We didn't like anything!!!!

Where to start? The whole villa was VERY dirty! There was mold on the walls, the shower floor was disgusting and none of us took a shower there! None of the surfaces were clean and we literally didn't touch anything because of how disgusting it was. Even the towels smelled bad! On the day of our arrival the host let us know that there's a problem with a filter of the pool and that someone will come the same day to fix it. The pool boy came and only cleaned the leaves on top but the whole pool remained very dirty and unusable. He let us know that this problem with the pool already happened about 10 days prior to our arrival and the host still managed to do nothing about it before we came. The host is also very irresponsible since they sent their cleaning stuff to "resolve" the issue. During our stay, every day multiple times someone was coming in to fix the pool but it remained unusable until the check out. This also disturbed our privacy since workers and technicians were always there and we also "had to be there" to let them in!! It is not our house to take responsibility for this! All in all absolutely disappointing and disgusting and I can't believe that someone can actually rent a place in such a bad condition! I tried to get a refund since the main reason we booked this was for the pool and we weren't able to use it and because the property wasn't cleaned but I can't believe nothing could have been done to resolve this issue so we basically lost our money for nothing! For shame!!!

Todo perfecto y muy limpio tienen varias camas aparte del sofá cama cocina equipada con todo y la parte de fuera es una maravilla con la piscina la barra y la barbacoa

El jacuzzi tenía una pieza rota y no funcionaba pero por lo demás todo bien

El exterior lo mejor, un jardín con una piscina preciosa y zona de barbacoa con todo equipado, nevera, altavoces para poner música…. Pasamos un día con familia y amigos y estuvimos muy cómodos.

El lavavajillas está suelto y se caía, las cisternas se tenía quitar la tapadera y darle manual para que funcionaran y varios escapes de agua detrás de los inodoros así como el lavabo del baño principal, los pomos de la puerta algunos rotos, y falta de mobiliario en dos habitaciones como mesitas de noche . También parecía que estaba en obras la casa, también en el techo había humedades. En resumen falta de mantenimiento

La piscina y barbacoa es una maravilla

Lo que menos me gustó es que los vecinos alas 22:00 ya estaban quejándose por la música,no estaba ni alta ni molestaba, por lo demás todo perfecto

Tenía una piscina gigante con luces y zona de barbacoa bastante guay sobre todo cuando caía noche ya que estaba todo iluminado.

Había muchas zonas en la que daba sensación que no se limpiaban de hace bastante tiempo, además en las habitaciones dado que las ventanas daban al exterior entraban muchos insectos y bichos como si no estuviese desinfectado, quitando la mayor parte de suciedad nos la pasamos bien y relajados.

The house is beautiful and had plenty of room for me and my friends to spread out. The garden is definitely the showcase of this place and is an amazing party space. I only wish we had more time to use everything.The host was very sweet and she ensured everything was prepared and throughly cleaned for us.

The house was not difficult to find but the streets are very narrow and there is limited parking ( my car was too large for the garage). It’s about 10 mins from El puerto Santa Maria so just prepare to taxi if you want to have a fun night in town with out worrying about a drive.
