"Villa 't Korenhof voldoet niet aan de normale verwachtingen van een vakantiewoning."

Het is een ruime woning die in principe uitstekend zou moeten zijn voor een aangenaam vakantieverblijf, maar wegens het slechte onderhoud, de slechte hygiëne en de mindere tuinfaciliteiten is dit niet het geval.

De volledige accommodatie is DRINGEND aan een opknap- en onderhoudsbeurt toe (vele kleine defecten en niet aantrekkelijke tuinomgeving).
