Lovely place. Close to town but enough out of the way with good views.

the lodge was a little away from keswick so peaceful and gave us our own space, whilst being a 15/20 min walk into keswick and quick off the A road, so easy to drive to other places. all the amenities worked well and the instructions were very clear.

we had thought the decking would look out onto a field but it looked out onto the driveway and other cabins. past the next row of cabins were fields and you could hear the sheep 😊

Cosy, comfortable and clean

Liked everything! - Maybe one suggestion some comfortable garden chairs for the veranda.

Broadband was awful, worked less than 50% of the time. Needs upgrading, or adverts should warn of situation.

The location was perfect for me a great base to do amazing walks. Set in serenity, if you want a soulful experience then this is the place to ground with the mountains and be just you. Great views of mount Skiddaw and feeling totally in nature truly a beautiful place.

I knew before I set out on my journey there was no Wi-Fi I kind of panicked at first but it was a blessing in disguise wow you will find that deepness inside away from the normal chaos of social media. You always find something magical in that sense.

The lodge has all you need for a longer stay. Fabulous location for Latrigg and Skiddow.

Dark decor makes it look a bit depressing even on a sunny day.

The property was in a very good location

The bed was too small and uncomfortable we was told no pets at all at the venue but nearly every other lodge had dogs walking about . The facilities were poor the lodge it self need modernising and money spent on it. We actually went home a day earlier to not sleep in the bed again
