Besides and amazing Villa with all you need, the staff was above and beyond. Truly a great experience from the moment of booking to checkout. Anything we needed they were there. The villa is beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you need. Thanks for helping me make my 30th birthday the best it could be.

I guess Bulgariand might not expect people to use the outdoor pool in May, so unfortunately it wasn't filled yet. Though the jacuzzi and sauna was enough to compensate.

"A pleasant stay"

the wooden village, some good lake views, the location in general is good

the bed, the lack of some cutlery and containers, olive oil, there were wine and whisky everywhere but we weren’t invited to have even a glass of wine but left a good tip 😉 There were electricity problems and in gneneral the house wasn’t warm and comfortable they lack preparation. The BBQ experience probably, they didn’t want to offer and encourage us to have a nice BBQ experience but use our own grill (we had one just in case with us). Being generous with clients is always a good investment 😉

Villa Anna (the 5 bedr one) has everything that you may want & more. The fireplace. the pool table & the jacuzzi kept us entertained- kids 7 adults. What made our stay memorable though were the lovely hosts who managed the villa: Konstantin & Meggy- nothing was too much for them! Always at your disposal, with a smile, very polite & friendly. Their cooking & serving: was 5-star service, but tastier!! Highly recommend it for any family/ friends gatherings, and whatnot, but having a car is a must! Thank you for the lovely experience and hospitality!!

In February is very cold in BG and the villa was cold when we arrived. It should be warmed up at least 2 days prior to guests' arrival, However, Kotse & Meggy did everything in their power to warm it up as soon as possible. They brought us many additional heaters, which helped out, and in about 4-5 hours we were warm enough.

Hosts are nice. Breakfast was really great. Nice small heated pool. very nice garden around the villa. Nice shared area (living room).

On the facility side, there was a few issues - stairs to upper floor extremely narrow, bathroom on top floor not convenient so practically 4 rooms on one shower was a bit crowded, jacuzzi did not work. Location is a bit off from... anything, so for a restaurant you have to drive to Samokov 20min.
