Booked this establishment for the second time. Consistency in cleanliness and comfort. Tranquility and in close proximity to all amenities.

The room was exactly as I saw on the picture very clean, beautiful smelling good, it was excellent

When I was talking to the receptionist requesting some documents to be dropped off for me or if my colleagues can drop after I checked in, she said it not allowed, visitors are not allowed, even when I said it documents from work,... She then mention something about black people the rest I've never anything decided to keep quiet and say owk. When I checked in the security had to called her and confirmed that am coming alone. Then I was able to check. That statement about black people to me it sounds Racist. But besides that everything was beautiful. Also DSTV and the TV Was not working if I told her she said they will come and fix it but nobody came

The dinner was above expectations! Very nice suite

Located in a very quite and peaceful location. Very close to the city center which made it convenient to have access to shops. Rooms specious with various small kitchen appliances.

Location, breakfast and the staff was nice to us.

I didn't like the fact that they charged me the whole room for a 10 year old son instead of preparing him a couch to sleep. They were supposed to be honest and clear to me that if we don't sleep together it's going to be 2 different rooms at different prices. Yoh I felt robbed on that part even now.
