- water supply had some issue but host sorted out immediately even when we called her at odd hour - some issues in kitchen like fridge etc but can be ignored, though I would expect host to sort out for future

horrible conditions

The place is spacious. The house itself is well maintained since the owner lives on the first floor, the room itself is on the second. The room is ok-ish, place is moderately clean (compared to other places in the area). Overall it's a decent stay and not too expensive either.

In the pictures of the property there is a Jacuzzi, also a small gas stove & a washing machine. Tha gas stove doesn't work, the Jacuzzi (not included in the price cough cough) and if you want to use the washing machine it's 350 rupees per load. I wouldn't include those as amenities in the rental if they are not usable.
