Casa completa, bem aconchegante e confortável. Cozinha completa com vários utensílios e equipamentos.

Piscina estava suja. Energia apresentava oscilações, ao ligar qualquer coisa que usasse mais energia (como o chuveiro, ar condicionado e air fryer) as luzes piscavam. Por não ter estacionamento, o carro fica na rua e é uma rua um pouco esquisita.
