Good hotel to stay for a day or two, good staff.

Booking.com needs to have clarity on what kind of room is being booked. Wanted AC room nowhere in yr system it says non-AC, same happened for my booking on Thrissur. This is absolutely wrong. We cannot go to the hotel and check as you are taking the booking fee you have responsibility towards the dame Do not ever keep the customer in the dark Otherwise, all ok. If there was a rating for Booking.com my rating would be 3.

"Everything is awesome except for one particular staff member"

Location close by Sattur metro Bus station

One particular staff keeps on peeking in the room to check how many people are there. If we had a guest to go for a bathroom, he behaves rudely that only 2 can stay.

Nice place, very close to bus stand

Unfortunately when we went the lift was not working and it was quite difficult but otherwise it is nice place to stay
