Please note a 50% of the of the rate will be charged for cancelations within 48 hours of having made the reservation. 100% percent of the reservation cost will be charged for other cases of no-show. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Amabilidad del dueño, quien nos atendió personalmente. La vista de la cabaña que nos tocó (8) es hermosa.

Aparato de ducha en el baño requiere cambio. Sugiero indicar con claridad en el anuncio, que la tinaja es un servicio aparte y que no está incluido en el alojamiento.

Die Aussicht war sehr schön!

Die Einrichtung war sehr alt. Betten hatten extrem durchgelatschte Matratzen und rochen muffig. In den Sanitäreinrichtung war alles voll Schimmel und die Duschen kaum Wasserdruck. Wir sind froh keine Parasiten zu haben. Sorry.....aber es ist die Wahrheit. Die Küchensustattung war sehr mangelhaft und leider nicht hygienischen sauber. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse war verdreckt.

excelentes anfitriones muy preocupados de tu comodidad en todo momento, muy agradecido espero volver

mala señal de telefono y wifi, aunque no es algo exclusivo del lugar, en general en la zona hay mala cobertura
