5 mins walk to Skytrain Station

Size of suite with bathroom. Extra heater in suite. Clean facilities. Location good access to all parts of Vancouver including airport.

Parking blocked with garbage cans upon arrival. Sent an abrupt message telling me move my car asap from another spot. Late in the evening the power went out in the bathroom. Very dark and made it difficult to use. Showering was a little dangerous . Although it was restored we were without power a full day. No compensation offered. Not good for reputation.

Location. Bathroom and small semi kitchen. Good parking. Additional heater available.

Power went out in the bathroom. Although fixed same day. No discount for inconvenience. No TV in suite. Parking initially blocked by garbage cans. Some what asked aggressive to move my car which I parked in the only other space available. No apology for the blockage of assigned parking spot. Rather, you need to move your car asap.

The room has a spacious washroom, microwave + coffee machine, a fridge, clean and convenient. The location was perfect for me. The property is quiet. There’s a shopping mall at the nearest station Merine Drive which is very convenient.

It has other tenants share the house, the kitchen area……but didn’t bother me much. The handle of the shower needs to be to be fixed.

The location can't be better The appartment is professionally designed and equipped. Clean , cozy and comfortable.

Some of the walkways leading up to the house were obscured and there were spots around the villa in need of minor repairs

Nearby subway station Direct subway to downtown Groceries nearby Few stations from airport Room and private bathroom are clean

Shared kitchen is not so clean Shared space and living room are messy
