Platzia Beach Villas

Good sized 3 bed villa with a pool. Very clean and more than sufficient space for 4 adults and two young children. The outside bbq kitchen was fantastic and we used it as much as we could.

Predictably a few insects found their way into the villa but nothing too scary and all dealt with appropriately.

Really good size villa, with plenty of space inside and out. Pool was also a good size and the BBQ facilities outside worked a treat. Beds were all comfortable and was handy to have ensuite, villa was clean and tidy when we arrived. Owners are extremely pleasant and helpful, communication before and during the stay was excellent, they continually made sure we were fine. The view of the sea from the upstairs bedrooms are brilliant, can see most of the sunset. A good size place and I would certainly go there again.

Not a big deal but there was some building work going on opposite, as it is quite hot in afternoon workers start early in morning, some noise could be heard. Having said that, these works should be done in a couple of months. The kitchen utensils, pots and pans could do with an update, although they did have everything we needed. Just a heads up, would recommend to hire a car for ease, it is tight to drive around villa but manageable.

Access to sea, private pool and furniture, spacious rooms, outdoor grill and dining space, super friendly manager (Michael!), washing machine with ample provided detergent was amazing for the heat wave! This house is the closest to the street, but it was still very quiet and peaceful

Dishwasher doesn’t work well, A/C handles up to about 35C outside temp (struggles and overheats after)

The dish washing machine might need an upgrade.
