Platzia Beach Villas

It’s a really great villa, plenty of space and private pool.

Booking.com description did not state clearly that the 4 bed villa pool could not be heated. There was no guide to the local area and that would have been really helpful. Specifically local attractions, transport and parking information. Restaurant recommendation are always welcome, one’s local would eat at, rather than the ones aimed at tourist.

The place and its location are amazing! rhe villa is spacious and offers a fantastic view of the sea. Everything was perfect! What's worth highlighting is the warm welcome we received after a late check-in. It was surprising to find both something to eat and drink available ;) Hopefully, we will have the opportunity to return. I truely recommend this place for staying!

The pool was not heated, we were there end december so we could not swim in the pool, the sea had a better temperature

Fantastic property in a brilliant location close to the sea and about a 4 minute walk to the bus stop. Very comfortable. We were here in December/January and had the pool heated which was perfect.

Wonderful villa right by the sea. I recommend Afroditi villas with a heated swimming pool. Owner very helpful. We will definitely come back here

The location is fabulous and the sea front villas are very private. The villa it's self is very well laid out with all three bedrooms ensuite and again very private for all guests. The welcome pack is very good especially with a late arrival. Michael is always on hand to deal with any queries. Pool was cleaned almost every day. Lovely clean beds and soft fluffy towels, changed mid week as were the pool towels. Comfortable sun loungers too. Great for a family holiday. We stayed in the Afrogeneia villa.

There were a few things I feel I have to be honest. The villa is not clean. Kitchen white goods are very tired/ old. The dishwasher didn't work properly neither did the fridge. The cups and plates in the cupboard were dirty and dirty cutlery. We had to wash everything before we used them. The showers need replaced, doors kept coming off the runners and very black along the bottom. All black out blinds were very dirty and marked, need replaced. All this said it didn't spoil our stay but the villa did not live up to the price, needs alot of tlc. I think alot of ratings are based purely on location. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.
