Villa Gavriel - Peyia Villa With Breathtaking Sea View, Peyia Villa With Private Pool, Secluded, Huge Outdoor Space, Mountain Views

It is a great villa with a fantastic pool and an astonishing sea view. The house is functional and the communication with the owner was easy. Everything was clean and we felt safe and had lots of fun with our toddler on the property.

Some kitchenware is outdated and the furniture is a little outmoded. The neighbors dogs were quite loud in the nights but that is a common thing in Cyprus.

The property was large, clean and had everything you would need for a short or long stay. The views were lovely and you could drink your morning coffee, looking out over to the coast. The small touches of bread, milk etc in the fridge were welcome and tea and coffee left for you to use. The pool was great but very cold and the outside area large and comfortable. There were two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms so suitable for couples and families. Close to Coral Bay, with lots of restaurants and a large supermarket. Lots of sheep and goats around.

This didn’t bother us but could be an issue for some people. There are groups of dogs barking and howling at all times of the day and night - and I mean really howling. Because it is so rural, the sound carries. There is also a cockerel that makes itself known. Some of the outside furniture is showing wear, sunlounger ripped and would probably split completely if used and the outside furniture just needs some attention. The road is very bumpy up to the villa so you need to be aware if arriving at night.

Plenty of space for the family, good air conditioning, great pool and view, easy to pop to the shops

Just being lazy but a dishwasher would be a great addition!

Very hard bed in the bedroom overlooking the patio. Crockery not very clean, had to re-wash everything before use
