Very pleasant and quiet small complex. The pool is right outside the terrace and it's almost like having a private pool, as hardly used by residents

There were various mishaps at the property, but they were dealt with quickly by the owner. The property was advertised as having 2 bathrooms..but in reality, there was 1 bathroom upstairs..albeit very nice..and a downstairs cloakroom.

Loved the property and the pool. It met our family needs. Love Peyia - great holiday.

The host’s thoughtfulness! They left the ac on so that we found a cool place upon arrival!

Had an issue with the air conditioner in the living room, but the host’s reacted promptly and an engineer resolved the issue 2 days later. The host acted immediately, but I suppose in late July it’s difficult to find an engineer readily available. The air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms are rather small and are not really able to cool down the room efficiently. (Temperature couldn’t go under 28 degrees even though they were working non stop)

The apartment is very nice, and has a beautiful patio and communal pool. It has all the required utilities in the kitchen and was overall very good

It was very hard to find the place. A google maps link would have worked so much better than a verbal explanation. The apartment had no bedding for one bed. The sheets in the double bed were dirty with hair and also the carpets. The owner of the apartment was not helpful, and brought us sheets after three days and presented it as a favour. In the mean time we used scarves for sheets In addition, the light bulb in the living room did not come on and he did not fix it. We had to be in a dark living room. When we left the apartment we cleaned it and locked it. The owner of the apartment rudely accused us of not throwing away trash and not locking the door. We left there with a really unpleasant experience.

The baby cot was without bedding and we had to put blankets so my 4 mths baby could sleep inside. The bbq grill was dirty and we could not use it. Also very small kitchen
