"Wonderful villa with a great pool area, close to Protaras and local beaches"

The villa is in a great location, a short walk to the main strip in Protaras and local beaches, and a short drive from the Cavo Greco national park. It's spacious, comfortable and well equipped - Hellen even left us some delicious home made cakes in the fridge! The pool area is attractive and has high shrubs all around that keep it surprisingly private. It remains in the sun for most of the day but there's also a seating area that remains shaded. The hosts Hellen and Panikos were very helpful and responsive via WhatsApp, giving us extra information about the villa and arranging to clean the pool one morning during our stay. They also allowed us to check in earlier than expected, as soon as the villa was ready!

Pool, common area, outside shower, equipment of the kitchen Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay.

During our stay, we found roaches inside the villa. The owner has reacted swiftly very next day, putting some chemicals down the pipes. This has eased the situation.Roaches are common in Cyprus, as we found out later on.

"Amazing stay with great hosts"

Hellen and Panikos are amazing hosts. They are very friendly and helpful. The villa was above our expectations. It had everything we needed and it was perfect. The pool, the garden, the fully equipped kitchen and closeness to the beach and everything was amazing. We had a great time and we will definitely come back again.

"A very relaxing holiday and would go back to the villa helene again"

This was a lovely villa about 10 minutes walk to the Protaras strip and 20 minutes to the Lidl Also a few local shops selling bread milk and water only 5 minute walk The villa is on a quiet residential area so idea for families.

"we had the perfect holiday , this Villa is perfectly situated for anyone wanting to escape and we will return next year"

Arrived unexpected as last minute booking and met the owners who were the most amazing couple, Villa even had stock of essentials to get you by until you shop, loved the location, total privacy for sunbathing , quiet location yet only 5 min walk to main part , plus a small shop less than 2 mins walk that’s open 24/7.. bikes included for use

there is nothing not to like … it has everything you could need for your stay
