Paradise Sunset 11

Loved the villas, loved the gardens, loved the pools and the area. Stayed same week last year, this year we had 10 villas 10 and 11

The villas have been neglected. Broken beds, some fans not working, no lightbulbs working, thick of dust and lots of dead bugs in the corners, cobwebs etc, pool area was covered in bird fescues. Maintenance of the property was very poor!!

Great location and the property has everything you need for a fantastic holiday.

Location, layout, quiet

No internet, swimming pool wasn’t in a condition to use. Clearly these facilities hadn’t been checked before the let. I did contact the owner who apologised but no solution offered. The lack of these facilities severely impacted our stay. The property was offered and paid for on the basis these facilities were available. I know these things happen but no compensation or gesture of good will was offered. I’m a property owner myself I would of offered either (ie purchase SIM card) a solution or compensation. Very disappointing.

Очень уютно, в доме все сделано со вкусом. Шторы блэк аут на все окна, прекрасное постельное белье и полотенца. По приезду в холодильнике было все необходимое для завтрака. Поразило наличие принадлеженостей для шитья. Хороший бассейн. Отличный вид. Мы остались в восторге.

Внизу не хватает шкафчика, или аля тумбы для обуви. Много светильников, но не все включены и включить их некуда. Мало света. Вверху в одной из комнат шкаф занят вещами для детей (манеж, игрушки и тп). В туалете на первом этаже нет зеркала.

Location and the fact that there is more than sufficient crockery, glassware etc. Also that there was salt and pepper, olive oil that was probably left from a previous occupier and sensibly not thrown away

No double bed and privacy would be a huge issue if either of the adjacent villas were occupied. Suggest some for of screening on the ends of the ground floor balcony

Directions need to be clearer estimate when arriving at night also with cones over half the road leading to villa We passed it four times before going past . Also decking had nails coming out not safe and if young children stayed could be dangerous .

Location, spacious, comfortable and clean

4 lights weren’t working on arrival, nor the pool lights or the light in the pool area. Bin outside was full and not cleared from the last guest. The tv wasn’t easy to get to work. Had to put in our own passwords to log on, which was ok. Maintenance man did come out quick to sort but couldn’t do outside pool lights. The steps down to the pool had lots of birds poo on the wall going down. Could have easily been cleaned by property manager.

Amazing location. Had everything inside that was needed to enjoy my stay

The air conditioning in the rooms would have been great if we could have put it on the full time during the night as the upstairs was exceptionally warm.
