Basen 1.5-2.5m jest zbyt głęboki. O dom ktoś dba i odświeża ale swój okres świetności miał dekady temu, zarówno w zastosowanych technologiach jak i wyposażenia oraz wyeksploatowania widocznego prawie na każdym kroku.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Balinese. The villa sits in a wonderful position overlooking the sea, and the outside space and pool are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. We stayed in May, and whilst it was lovely and warm the heated pool was a real bonus - our son (8) could have happily stayed in it all day every day. The villa was clean and tidy when we arrived. We’ve seen a few negative comments about the state of repair, and yes whilst there are signs of age and some of the fixtures and fittings could do with some refreshment (very easily I might add) none of that spoilt our stay and you cannot argue this villa is excellent value for money. If you want high end finishes and a brand new feel, there are other villas to book (at a much higher price). The beds were comfy, the air con worked well, and the service from Ioannis and Ludymyla was great. If you’re staying here you do need a car. There are a couple of decent restaurants (Demetrion and Zafiri) and supermarket about a 30 min walk away, but for everything else you need your own wheels if you don’t want to go everywhere by taxi or bus. All in all, an amazing place to stay.

Piękny dom z cudownym widokiem, wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzeba, a nawet więcej. Basen podgrzewany. Schludne sypialnie, wygodne łóżka. Wspaniale spędziliśmy czas. Blisko do Protaras i Larnaki. W koło fajne miejsca do spacerowania.

An der Unterkunft hat mir gefallen, dass der Strand direkt am Haus war und die Aussicht

Das ganze Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Leider wird da nicht viel investiert. Die Möbel sind abgenutzt. Das obere Bad war der absolute Horror in der Toilette hatten wir Kakerlaken. Beim Pool gab es keine Beleuchtung und auch keine Treppe, was gerade als körperlich beeinträchtigt Bereitete überhaupt in den Pool einzusteigen, geschweige denn auszusteigen. Das ganze Haus war nicht besonders sauber es wurde nicht geputzt. Ich werde ein paar Bilder beilegen, welche ich fotografiert habe. Küchengeräte nicht sauber und der Grill im aussenbereich der Horror. Bis jetzt das schlechteste Haus bis jetzt. Man hat über 3k bezahlt und was man dafür kriegt ist nicht ok. Was uns auch dazu gezwungen hatte früher abzureisen weil wir uns nicht mehr wohlfühlten. Auch kein TV( Deutsche Sender) nicht zu empfangen weil der Satelittenspiegel verrostet ist. In der unteren Dusche hatte es Schimmel an der Decke Leider kann man nur 4 Fotos einstellen

The villa was perfectly located, if you like peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The beach is not ideal, there are many rocks, but a few houses next door there is a place for swimming. We were there at the end of August, the sea was pleasantly warm, no people anywhere, a few tourists. Everything was great. I do not recommend going there without a car, we had a car, great price 200e for the whole week, restaurant and groceries 3 minutes by car, we went to the town of Aiya Napa every evening for a walk and dinner, 10 minutes by car. Wolt is available, they will bring everything to your room within 50 minutes. It was peaceful and relaxing, the pool is great, with a sea view.

The villa needs some minor repairs, the terrace doors cannot be closed well from the outside, if you don't want animals in the house you have to be careful about that. We have also been in this type of accommodation several times and upon arrival we had a full fridge, now it was empty, it would definitely be nice to have 1 beer, 1 wine, ham, cheese and something small for at least 1 day on the way... the only serious problem was cockroaches... luckily we only had them for the last 2 days, you have to be careful, if you leave something on the line overnight, cockroaches will swarm...

The location was amazing. Waking up to see the sea at the end of your garden is totally amazing.

Unfortunately the property is very tired and run down. The doors to the rear of the property are rotten and we couldn’t open them for 7 days due to this issue. When we complained on the 2nd day, 4 days later the management team sent the pool guy to screw a plank of wood to secure the doors. When asked why they weren’t being fixed he explained he’s the pool guy and could only do this. After complaining further 7 days later 2 carpenters were sent and 2 days later we were able to open all the doors. This obviously is a temporary fix as all windows and doors were completely rotten. Also tiles around the pool were damaged and my children and husband all hurt their feet on the tiles. The kitchen cupboard was broken and the walls in the lounge were damp with paint peeling off behind the sofa. We booked for 3 weeks and whilst there no one maintained the garden and the grass was getting long.
