It is nice location. I think better for summer. Beautiful view. Comfortable kitchen. Good TV

1)Bad bedding. They ask to give 300 deposit. And lady didn't want to give me money back until I clean the table on kitchen and help her bring trash to the bin. But my baby crying on the background. Isn't it strange? And didn't sow rools about client must clean house and bring trash to the bin. It should to be on booking, when we choose the house.

a few welcome items such as milk, bread, jam etc were very useful until we did a shop. Nothing to complain about and highly recommend this villa, rooms spacious, clean, in good condition, towels supplied were of high quality, beds very comfortable, air con easy to work and the beach as you leave the villa is an 8 minute walk to the left.

The property is located across the road from the beach, with beautiful views of the ocean. The 3 double bedrooms upstairs are of a good size.

The down stairs bedroom remained constantly very hot even with the use of air con. It is also a storage space with extra unnecessary furnishings (2 spare mattresses) The main issue that affected our daily stay was the use of the pool. It needed regular maintenance and cleaning several times a week (which subsequently took away from our holiday time). Even when cleaned there was still sand and dirt at the bottom daily. We were told that the pool pumps are very old and they are being changed. But the main reason we believe was because of the dirt road directly outside the property. When a car drove by it lifted up sand and dirt from the road. This would travel directly into the property and swimming pool. The wall surrounding the swimming pool is very low, this should be raised a little as it would help with keeping the pool area and the people using it dust and dirt free. The road directly outside the property should be with concrete (who will do this I don’t know) but we spent a lot of time cleaning the red dust/dirt instead of sitting back and relaxing. I also have chronic asthma and this was not good for my health. Also, the outside area is constantly surrounded by the sun. Unfortunately,the umbrellas provided are not good enough as they do not fit the base and they constantly fall over or turn inside out due to the winds. A sheltered area by the front veranda would be ideal. On arrival the villa didn’t appear to be cleaned well nor was the pool area. The kitchen worktops were very grubby with stains all over. the pool area had several black shoe prints and stains all around.

Lovely view! plenty of room for a family. Good Air-conditioning! Great spacious villa! Plenty of pressure in the Bathrooms compared to a few previous villas I've stayed in the area. Pool was kept clean. Owners easily contacted, we managed to add 3 extra days very late notice! Would recommend & stay again!

Could do with a little more shade. Parasols were broken during our stay

Clean rooms, lots of towels, air conditioning worked well in each room, great clean pool, well equipped kitchen, customer service responded very fast.

One sun umbrella was completely broken, second umbrella was almost broken. One sun bed was broken as well, we fixed it as we could. Only one trash bag and two tablets for dishwasher were provided for a week, it would be great to have it more and don't buy the whole package. Some furniture are tired and need a refreshment. Beach in front of the villa is very rocky, we had to find another place for swimming.

Fantastic villa, location was perfect. Had all the facilities you can need! Was clean, and the beds were so comfy 😊

seaview from bedroom, location is great near private beach, there is beach bar with nice music , drinks at sunset time, very peaceful area, kitchen fully equipped, great pool, neary by the new marina at ayia napa which has top resturants. great value to money.
