Willa ładna, w miarę nowa, basen czyszczony na bieżąco, szybka interwencja serwisanta obsługi. Byliśmy w listopadzie woda w basenie 23 C.

Na poziomie - 1 jest prysznic z ubikacja i zlewem, inaczej zwany basement. Nie schodzi woda pod prysznicem i ubikacji, obsługa reaguje szybko, ale problem powraca. Na tym poziomie również w łazience grasują mrówki. W opisie willi jest ze posiada 5 pokoi, ale nie wyjaśnione jest ze 2 pokoje znajdują się w piwnicy.

Die Villa ist sehr schön gewesen, viel Platz und tolle Küche, 3 bäder und Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe per Tresor lief reibungslos. Toller Pool, tolle Lage!:)

Es wäre schön gewesen wenn es einen Staubsauger gegeben hätte und vllt. etwas Waschmittel und 1-2 Spülmaschinentabs.

Beautiful villa with everything we needed in a quiet area and less than a 10 minute walk to the main strip. Beaches are 10-20 minute walk away. The guest relations team deals with any issues promptly (broken sun lounger). Protaras is a great place to holiday, family friendly with lots to do.

Only complaint and I'm being picky but the beds are on the soft side so you wake up a bit sore in the morning.
