What you have read is true and what you see is what you get - no strings attached. Spacious, well kept and equipped Villa that sleeps 7 with a lovely Garden and Pool. Stunning view at the Bay from the Master Bedroom, located conveniently just 5 minutes from the small Harbour Latchi. Everything at your fingertips, yet cosy and quiet, especially off-season. Makes you feel instantly welcome. Friendly and helpful owner, very clean. Enjoyable stay.

This villa was absolutely perfect for us. There was more than enough space for a family of five and the space is beautiful. The Villa is immaculate and we very much felt in a home from home environment. We used the BBQ facilities quite a lot and the plug in the outside dining area was a great addition, enabling us to listen to our own music by the pool during the day. There is good WiFi and great air conditioning at the property which made my younger children happy, allowing them to stay inside and take a break from the sun. The host was great, although we didn’t need to contact him during our stay, he brought a lovely welcoming gift and answered any initial questions.

The chlorine in the pool made our swim suits green.

We loved everything about this villa. It had everything we needed! The owner Spyros was very nice and helpful. The cleaner did a fantastic job of cleaning and was very thorough, providing us with clean towels and changing the bedding during our stay! The location was great, we had a car so it was easy to get around, the village was lovely just to have a stroll into there’s a little shop and a couple of restaurants there which was handy. Just a short drive down the road is Latchi harbour, there’s a good few restaurants there and it’s a really nice place to just sit and relax or watch the boats coming in and out. There’s plenty of supermarkets in latchi and polis with is only 5/10 mins drive. We loved making the most of the large pool and the lovely bbq area. Myself and my family throughly enjoyed our stay and we will defo visit this villa again!

The nice villa is rather big, fully airconditioned and equiped with everything you'll need for a great time staying there. In ground floor is a big living room with flat TV, a dining area, a kitchen bar and a fully equiped open plan kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave.... . There's also a guest toilet and a single bedroom. In the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one with bathroom inside and the family bathroom with a large whirlpool bathtub. Two of the bedrooms have an own balcony. The excellently maintained garden with it' plants is very beautyful. The heart of the garden is a big pool with sunbedfs beside a covered terrace with a dining table. Near the dining area is a BBQ. We've been here end of November. so that we could enjoy the pool only one day because of the weather. The Villa is also children friendly. There's a children's high chair a baby bed and so on. There is sufficient private parking space on the property for up to three cars. Spyros, the owner, is very friendly and nice, he was reachable by telephone or WhatsApp and helps you quick, if you have any problem. The villa is located in Neo Chorio where's a mini market, some nice local restaurants serving traditional Cypriot cuisine, café, ice cream parlor in walking distance . But even it's located in a quiet village in the hills, within 5 minutes down the road you'll reach crystal beaches, pubs, bars, restaurants serving seafood and other touristic attractions in Latchi, Polis, etc In summary. if you're looking for a relaxed, comfortable, also family friendly stay, I can only recommend this villa.
