Perfect location to be close to all amenities. Proximity to beach superb and sea view wonderful.

Although it dud not bother us, the coastal road located opposite the villa can be noisy, but the pay off is the immediate beach front access.

"Heerlijk verblijf in een prachtige villa (op een hele mooie plek gelegen)"

Prachtig huis. Ruime tuin, mooi zwembad. Tuin uitlopen en straat oversteken en je stond op het strand. Erg plezierig dat iedere kamer (incl. alle 3 de slaapkamers) hun eigen airco hadden! Bedden waren redelijk OK - tenminste de twee waar een topper op de matras lag.

Er was geen koffieapparaat aanwezig (had er wel moeten zijn). Na contact met de host was dit snel opgelost: zaterdagmiddag gemeld en maandag werd er een splinternieuw koffieapparaat afgeleverd. Wel een beetje storend dat er zonder overleg / vooraf melden mensen onderhoudswerkzaamheden kwamen doen (2 x per week schoonmaak zwembad, 1 x per week tuinonderhoud). Begrijpelijk dat dit moet gebeuren, maar vooraf uitleggen wanneer dat gebeurd is wel prettig. Nu kwam iemand de tuin inlopen, zwaaide en ging aan de slag.

"Stunnning villa on the beachfront easily walkable to the town."

The location of the villa is amazing. Right on the beachfront and within very easy walking distance of a variety of bars, restaurants and shops as well as the pretty harbour. The villa was well equipped and beds were comfy. The welcome pack on arrival was brilliant

The pool was very cold and unusable but we knew this would be the case as you just cannot find heated ones. A better bbq would be better as this traditional one was hard to control but we still had a delicious dinner!

Fantastic location! Walking distance to many bars and restaurants

Beds could’ve been more comfortable, and WiFi only stretched to main bedroom

Location close to everything in Latchi. Great pool and gardens. Brilliant company to deal with, very attentive and responsive to everything. Dealt with a lady called Helen ........ thank you Helen.

Beds in each bedroom were disappointing. Ikea type beds with really bad mattresses - but you can't please everyone

beautiful garden and view. comfortable beds. five minute walk to Latchi and with the handy Yialo’s just over the road.

maybe the road being a bit noisy, but that the price for the beach view and easy access to Latchi, I guess.
