The house was not clean the floor and dinning table and chairs were dirty in the under the sink and was insect poo and the barbecue equipment was also dirty

Clean ,spacious, close to the beach, the owner was polite and helpful. Great stay overall, we would visit again.

Location was perfect for day trips into Aiya Napa. The pool area was a good size for a few people to sit and supervise any children swimming. The bedrooms were a good size and they all had good air con, meaning everyone got a good nights rest. The outside shower would’ve made getting rid of sandy feet after returning from the nearby beaches very convenient. The bathrooms were also spacious with good water pressure.

The property was quite dirty upon our arrival. The tiled floors had not been swept or mopped and were noticeably grubby. The outside area around the property had rubbish (old bbq charcoal bags) and animal faeces from a previous occupant. I understand that it is not the property owners responsibility to clear up after other guests animals however, this just left me to believe that barely any cleaning had been done prior to our arrival. There was also a restaurant just down the road that played very loud music until late in the evening, this made getting the kids to bed quite problematic. The road noise is also very loud. Therefore I probably wouldn’t recommend the property for families with young children.
