Rosie Villa

Clean, comfortable, spacious, great kitchen facilities with everything we needed Inc a dishwasher which was very handy, comfortable sofas and beds, en suite bathroom to each room made life definitely easy with quite a lot of us staying in the villa (family reunion). also we found the managing company very responsive and easy to work with.

WiFi wasn't particularly good, and wasn't available around the property, particularly in the bedrooms which meant the only place people could be connected was in the living room/kitchen, which wasn't convenient. The hot water boiler also could have been a bit better as we did lack hot water on more than one occasion even when we were vigilant with turning it on a couple of times (it has a timer). Granted we were a lot of people and it was November... but when not all of us needed it at the same time the water were properly hot and brilliant pressure. One must be aware the villa isn't very central. Not too far, maybe 20 minutes walk to the city centre and 7-10 min to the closest corner shop. Not that we minded too much but there are construction work adjacent to the property, right next to the pool. so perhaps have that in mind if you are particularly keen on sunbathing... otherwise we didn't hear it once inside.

Beautiful villa, with great facilities and excellent pool that was always clean and at perfect temperature. Owners were extremely helpful and nice letting us extend our checkout time for free. Would highly recommend anyone considering to stay here. Beautiful view from balcony’s and very spacious.

A little too far from the sea and strip as we had to get a taxi most times usually a 25 minute walk apart from that everything was perfect.

The pool, even though it was a bit too cold, great items at the property.
