Quite location but only 20min away for shopping and bar/ restaurant great stay for my 60th with family and friends

Everything was perfect for our stay.

Very nice people waiting for us when we arrived. They felt sorry for us that we were not informed about the contruction zone where we arrived. The other two houses, villa seashore 2 and 3 were of course empty. Booking provided an alternative location for us in Pomos.

The area was a construction zone. They are building about 10 apartments right next to the pool/house. Of course this was known, as construction started in January 2024. The workers (+/- 20) start early in the morning and stay late (7pm). Lot of noise, dust etc right next to the house on construction workers within 5 meters of the pool all day. Also when the work is finished the views and the privacy of this location are gone and photos on booking need to be updated.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this property for a 9-day getaway with a group of six friends. From the moment we booked, the ease of communication with the owner was exceptional. The amenities provided were catering to every need we could possibly have during our time there. The owner's prompt and friendly responses to our inquiries added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel genuinely cared for. Thank you, Christiana, and her kind mother.

Not property, but online checkin webpage had issues. But it is worth mentioning that Philip from Agni Travel solve it out very promptly when we asked for help

Everything was SUPER , SUPER. I recomand the villa. Verry nice rooms, verry clean The view is amazing. PERFECT .. PERFECT

no instructions how to turn on water heater

Everything. The villa was not clean at all, smelled bad with quite old furniture , uncomfortable old mattress, very badly equipped kitchen with dirty utensils. There was not even a coffee machine. In the bathrooms there was nothing but really old and bad smelling soap. I would never stay there again. Important to know is that once you book via booking. Com, you would need to go through Agni Travel Ltd which have terrible track revord.

Went self catering, so self sufficient. Restaurants and supermarket within a few minutes drive from property. Felt very secure. Owner available if any queries arose (via whatsapp) and prompt action was taken when the wifi went down.

My only comment would be is that we were expecting a change of towels on day 4 of our stay by Housekeeping, as disclosed within the welcome folder, however this did not occur. Thankfully the property provides a washing machine, so no fuss made, as easily remedied.

Very nice place, the pool is just great. We have been there for a week with 6 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect. The place is 40 minutes from paphos and the area is near the sea. The owner came few times to check that everything is okay.
