A bit far from the beach. We hoped we could walk but it was a 550m walk and it was too hot. Good thing we had a car.

Location ideal for us in the area we wanted. New finishes in villa. Everything we needed.

Nothing

The Villa was lovely. We are a family of four with two young children (7 and 4). The villa was nicely decorated, very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The area is great and the local beach (Kalamies) was quick and easy to get to and one of the nicest beaches we have been to in Protaras. We would definitely stay here again. Really pleased with our holiday.

The only negative was that we visited at the end of October and even though the temperature was pleasant (25-26 degrees) the pool was in the shade for most of the day because of the sun being low, so the water was too cold for the children to enjoy. This wouldn’t be an issue in the summer months but for the autumn/winter months just assume that the pool won’t be at a usable temperature.
