Villa Martha

Check in was easy - key was in the safe box (self-check-in possible 24/7), there is code for the ramp in front of the complex of 5 villas and each villa has its own garden and parking. Place was clean, there is nice kitchen, dining room and living room with small toilet on the ground floor, with the access to the pool with lounge area, outdoor dining table, sunbeds, BBQ with sink, kids playing area. Upper floor has 3 bedrooms with double bads (one separate bathroom), one share bathroom and balcony overlooking pool area - accusable from 2 bedrooms. Smart TV in the living room, all equipment in the kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine. Internet connection is fast. AC in each room. Water is heated by sun; there is additional heater in case of cloudy weather. It is possible to get to the beach by foot - 5 minutes. (Mind that there is shortcut, not very visible - I will share map). Local shops are overpriced, but shopping in nearby Paralimni is possible, as well as ordering delivery via APP. We stayed in second half of February, pool and the sea are cold of course, but some people were swimming. It is comfortable to chill by the pool or the sea if there is not much wind. There is kids playground just behind the complex, there is also safety net for small kids on the upper floor. Pool is 1.2 to 1.7 deep. Staff of the agency running the property is very helpful - special greetings to George who assisted us with all info and support needed. Overall, we are happy with the stay and would book it again. p.s. If you are attiring by car, mind that navigation may (mis)lead you to Pinias street from which you cannot access the street of the complex (there is unpaved road along the parking which is not suitable for cars).

I would change small details which would make stay a bit more comfortable, such as adding small lamps, supplying enough toilet paper on arrival or more frequent cleaning (done once if stay is longer than 10 days). But those are really only details and would not ruin your stay for sure.

Everything was perfect!

The villa had everything you need. Very clean and comfortable, pool area is really good. George was extremely helpful when we needed tea towels and helped us sort late checkout.

Could do with 2 towels each instead of one, I know we could wash them but left is without spares while they dried.

this house does not correspond to the photos shown in the photo and to any standards at all! everything is complete and broken, everything is of very low quality, starting from the tiles on the floor and ending with the dishes in the kitchen! the kettle from which it is strictly forbidden to drink because its plastic burns, all the pots and pans are of low quality from China or picked up from the neighbor's trash. the pressure in the house, like all the plumbing, works on an honest word, as does the electricity, it blinks when you turn on the kettle or other electrical equipment. the second floor is full of ants. the guy who rents out this Miracle wrote 24/7 service, but this is far from such a service, these people are very lazy, this can be said by the fact that the house is in very poor condition! it is unacceptable that Booking lets through such terrible houses for a premium class price Ahh yes it’s very far away from beaches! There is no shortcut, it’s take about 20min so only on the car or with umbrella!

Big pool, plenty of sunbeds, good air condition, close to the beach.

The kitchen could be better equipped (knives and other kitchen tools) and I wish we had ocean view. Thats the only reason why I give the house a 9/10 instead of 10/10.
