Villa UNIDERA

Die Villa entspricht genau den Bildern, ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Alles hat während unseres Aufenthalts einwandfrei funktioniert. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der große, beheizte Pool (ca. 10 x 5 m), der Whirlpool für vier Personen sowie die vielen Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme. Pool und Garten wurden regelmäßig gepflegt und während unseres Aufenthalts mehrfach professionell gewartet. Das Haus bietet vier Schlafzimmer und eignet sich sowohl für Familien als auch für Gruppen. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, WLAN funktioniert zuverlässig und die Outdoor-Küche mit Gasgrill ist ein echtes Highlight. Mit dem Auto ist die Lage ideal: Ein großer Supermarkt (AlphaMega Mandria) ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, nach Paphos sind es etwa 15 Minuten. Auch Ausflüge nach Nicosia oder ins Troodos-Gebirge sind problemlos möglich. Besonders erwähnenswert ist Gastgeber David: sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung!

Es gibt tatsächlich nichts zu beanstanden.

Size of the villa. Spacious, on multiple levels. Huge garden, well tended and manicured. Largel heated pool and hot tub.

Location and setting delightful not being overlooked at all. Tranquil attractive garden. Lovely pool and hot tub. The owner David was exceptionally helpful throughout.

In general need of some tlc. ie some paintwork needing attention, area down to lower accommodation needs attention and the outside kitchen could be spruced up. During heavy downpours the roofing over the dining table leaks. For the cost of the villa we would have expected some basic kitchen essentials provided like washing up liquid etc and daily cleaning items for the bbq etc rather than having to buy supplies from the supermarket. The bathroom toiletries were very minimal!

Everything was perfect. The villa its self was beautiful and well equipped. It was so peaceful around and the surroundings were so pretty. David the owner was so attentive and due to us arriving early he allowed us to check in early and the also check out later as our flight home wasn’t until later that evening.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the peppery. The only thing I would say is to do a food shop before you arrive as the food shop on the complex is very expensive.

The pool area with jacuzzi is really nice and the location is quite good. Beds are comfortable, but we didn't use the 4th room in the basement. The host is very professional and welcoming. Overall we had a pleasant stay apart from some issues which the host resolved quickly.

For the price, I expected something more luxurious and new. The interior would benefit from some refresh. I really disliked all the time switches for the heating/AC and hot water. If you want to take a shower you need to anticipate 1 hour in advance and press the time switch otherwise the water will be cold.
