Sunset Park Villas

The location was perfect for us. We hired a car and able to get around if needed. A short 10 minute walk to the most amazing fish restaurant and other shops, restaurants and bars. The beach was a 20 minute walk and the bus route into Paphos town was frequent and located by the fish restaurant. The host was at the property when we arrived ensuring that other properties were ready for guests who were due to arrive later that day and the following. The host was very friendly and communication via what's app during our stay with random questions were responded to very promptly.

An outside shower would have been ideal as the pool rules state to shower before entering the pool. This is difficult to achieve if you are around the pool for the day as you had to enter the villa and shower upstairs. There are external water sprinklers for the grass and trees and I would recommend this is explored by the owners to connect an external shower. Inside the villa there are plenty of kitchen utensils. The only item missing was a pair of oven gloves when using the oven.

ideal for family stay, more relaxing than hotels, nice sitting area outside (though bit noisy during our stay due works on oposite side of road), pool available, car park space, hosts responsive to our questions, and when we queried why kettle plug was 2 pin, when villa all set up as 3 pin!! (had to boil water in micrwave first night), they delivered 2-3 pin converter next day.

tiles around pool were slippy when coming out of pool wet, bottom of stairs design in villa (had to be careful not to miss step), knives not sharp for cooking purposes, bit of a walk to restaurants (ok for us, but sister not as able), having to use email to get key lock code (initial problems getting into wifi at door)

Spędziliśmy w tym apartamencie cudowne wakacje! Miejsce jest bardzo czyste, nowoczesne i świetnie wyposażone – niczego nam nie brakowało. Ogromnym plusem był prywatny basen. Gospodarze są niezwykle mili i pomocni, zawsze dostępni, a komunikacja z nimi przebiegała bezproblemowo. Lokalizacja idealna – blisko plaży, sklepów i restauracji, ale jednocześnie spokojna i cicha. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce i chętnie wrócimy ponownie! 🌞

Gemütliches Häuschen in schöner und guter Lage, wunderschöner Pool und Terrasse zum entspannen.

Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich nicht ausreichend verdunkeln. Ein zweiter Sonnenschirm wäre toll gewesen.

חיפשנו וילה אינטימית ושקטה עם בריכה פרטית ומצאנו בדיוק ומעבר ממה שחיפשנו.הוילה מעוצבת ברמה גבוהה,החדרי שינה גדולים ,המטבח מפנק ומאובזר בכל מה שצריך,הבריכה מפנקת והחצר נוחה ופרקטית. מיקום מושלם.נחזור בוודאות כל שנה!!תודה נהננו מאוד!

לדעתי אפשר להחליף את הספה בסלון לגדולה יותר ולהוסיף מחבט בכלי מטבח אבל יש לגמרי את כל השאר !!

Rien à dire ! Comme sur les photos, même les travaux d’en face nous ne gênait pas du tout ! C’était agréable si je dois conseiller à mon entourage ça sera avec plaisir !
