Sehr gute Ausstattung. Modern.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen, so dass man Wanderungen zu den Schrammsteinen von hier aus direkt starten kann.

Die Ausstattung ist modern, Geschirr und Besteck ausreichend vorhanden. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit der Gästekarte kann der ÖPNV kostenlos genutzt werden. Daher haben wir Bus, Fähre und die Kirnitzschtal-Bahn oft genutzt. Elberadweg und Wanderweg sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar.

Die Außenanlagen wirkten teilweise etwas ungepflegt. Durch die Straße vor dem Haus und die Bahngleise auf der anderen Seite der Elbe war es gerade Nachts für uns ungewohnt laut.

Etwas weit vom Ortskern

I had been planning a bike trip to Saxon Switzerland for a long time. Analyzing maps, the best starting point turned out to be Bad Schandau. Choosing Haus Menuett turned out to be the best choice. A comfortable villa equipped with the highest quality equipment, located right on the banks of the Elbe, in a quiet and peaceful area - what more could you want? Contact with the owner Sabina is very nice and helpful. I recommend it 100%.

The host was very accessible and pleasant to communicate with. The villa is just beautiful. It is very tastefully decorated. It is spacious. It's just perfect for a long stay. The kitchen is very well equipped.

It should be mentioned that the villa is not suitable for persons who cannot climb stairs. Parking is below the unit so everything must be carried up quite a distance. We had no problem with this at all since we came to the area to hike and mountain climb. We would have liked furniture that was a bit more comfortable for sitting. An upgrade in bedding would also be appreciated.

Spontaneous decision - we've been in Saxon Switzerland for the first time - and consider our choice of apartments as a success! Great home to spend all kinds of family holidays: fully equipped two storey house (lounge with excellent modern kitchen, fireplace and outside patio on the ground floor and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor). Convenient location - the main locations of Saxon Switzerland within easy motorway access - we were always fresh for hiking experience. The host was very friendly, helpful and easily accessible by phone.

Easy check in, good communication with the host, spacious bright house, kitchen has all that one may need to cook, extra towels were provided, toilet sink and kitchen surfaces well cleaned and maintained

The house was not well cleaned - there was hair everywhere on the floors (including bathroom floors) and dust in the corners/on some surfaces. I had to clean the night tables myself and was planning to clean the floors too but.. the broom was too dirty to use hence, I decided to use the vacuum cleaner which.. as soon as I turned it on "exploded" with dust (via the filter). There's no wonder the floors are not well cleaned given there are no tools to do it. Towels were clean but smelled weirdly (like kitchen/cooking) When we arrived bed sheets and towels were on the floor in the plastic bag - I'm traveling often and it's the first time I found plastic bags with sheets and towels on the floor and unmade bed
