"Enttäuschend und ärgerlich"

Nicht zufriedenstellende Kommunikation mit Vermieter über WhatsApp (nur Spanisch, lange Antwortzeiten). Treffpunkt auf vielbefahrener Durchgangsstraße von Orgiva mit sehr eingeschränkter Haltemöglichkeit und anschl. Fahrt zum Haus. Nicht funktionierendes WLAN, unbrauchbare (verschmutzte und völlig verkratzte) Töpfe und Pfannen. Schimmel, Rost, Ungeziefer in Dusche, nasse Wand in einem Schlafzimmer mit abplatzender Tapete. Keine Unterstützung durch Vermietungsagentur Ruralidays bei Reklamation mit Beweisfotos und Wunsch nach Preisnachlass.
