Great location, great equipment of the villa.

Every night at 3-4 am garbage men make a noise on the street.

Great Villa, games room was good!! Beds comfortable and loads of space. It is quite a walk to Adeje, but taxis only cost about 4-5 euro to get around.

We loved this house! The only thing we would've loved more is more time to enjoy the place... and the gaming room! Arrival: The property owners were so wonderful. We arrived very late at night because our flight was delayed and the airlines had lost our luggage. Victoria was communicative (texting) with us to make sure we didn't get lost and we arrived safely. There are 2 parking spots on-site. Picking up the keys was extremely easy and getting inside was no problem. (I recently broke my foot, so would mention that it is on a hill and there are about 10 steps up to the main level. If you are in a wheelchair, this could pose a challenge. Otherwise, it's perfect.) Property: My photos don't do it justice. Go by what is on the website. It's very accurate. Spotlessly clean and the view: beautiful. Plenty of towels, sheets and beds for the 8 of us. Upstairs: The 2 master bedrooms (each Queen bed) both have their own master bathroom and they connect onto a large balcony with beautiful views. At nighttime, it was so relaxing! Main floor: full kitchen, laundry room, smaller bedroom (2 Twin beds), another bathroom, dining area, living room (wi-fi, tv, cable) and another large patio balcony. Lower level: game room with pingpong table, foosball, pool table, dart board. The hosts even set up 2 additional Twin Cots for us downstairs. This is the room we all wished we could enjoy more, with more time! Amenities: there is a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer (this saved us since our luggage hadn't arrived). There is no A/C and it was pretty warm the days we were there, but the patio doors were open and there were plenty of fans. Nearby: Immediately down the hill is Siam Mall. It's right across from Siam Waterpark. So convenient! We could get Starbucks, food, grocery store or go clothes shopping. With a car, everything was super convenient. Thank you Victoria for such a lovely stay!

Nothing! I would take this over a hotel. The location, the property was perfect.
