The size of the property. The pool area was good and Anastasia was always contactable, helpful and friendly

Air conditioning not working in lounge and main bedroom, this was one of the features attracting us to book the property , this did get fixed but not until 2 days before the end of our two week stay, this made the evenings extremely uncomfortable, really bad nights sleeping , as pointed out to Anastasia this was something I feel should have been checked and fixed prior to us arriving for our stay. Although the property appeared clean on arrival, the wasn’t up to our standards Shower curtains were mouldy at the bottoms, sofas in the living room were dirty with dirt and crumbs between the cushions , some of the towels needed to be washed as smelled, ants and cockroaches were present The facilities in the kitchen were good, everything we needed , but the lack of shelves and trays in the oven meant we were unable to cook enough for our party of eleven in one go so we had to have separate sittings The bath in the main bedroom needs replacing as filled numerous times at the bottom , see pictures. Around the pool there were 6 sun beds even though there were seven adults staying A few of the sun beds broken The furniture on the patio which was wooden lats was falling to bits The children’s safety gates were none existent and with the wall fixings hanging off There were uneven and cracked tiles around the pool which were dangerous especially for children, although the house was a good size and could have been made nice if updated, it clearly lacked these updates. The area is very quiet, which is lovely if that’s what you want but not much to do for the children … However the beaches are stunning.

Nice summe house, nice town

Not at all suitable for a stay in winter - the heated pool did not heat the temperature higher than 15 degrees, rendering it unusable. Considering the only reason we booked this property was for the heated pool, potential guests should be warned that the facility is not available during winter months. Additionally, the electricity tripped at least 20 times during our stay, leaving us literally in the dark and cold. The host was apologetic and refunded us the 200 euros (well hidden charge) for the pool use, but we would not have stayed there in the first place had we known the pool was not useable. We were also promised the use of bicycles that never materialised. All in all a great shame, as I'm sure the house would be great in summer.

fantastic spacious villa with a great heated pool. Anastasia was a perfect host with great knowledge and was very approachable and a great help.

property was perfect but the resort was very quiet with only a handful of bars and restaurants fully open. it got a little busier after the 1st of June.

House was kitted with everything you need, we staid with our 2 under 3 yrs old kids. Mioara was amazing with everything we’ve requested and prompt with all our queries. Lovely property and close to beach. Heated pool was a bonus, we had a lovely time!
