The house was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was both practical and enjoyable. Access via the key box was easy, and there’s private parking inside the property with space for at least three cars. The area is very quiet and peaceful, and it’s close to a lovely village with two good restaurants and some nice bars – just a 2-minute drive away.

Staying in a villa in this area during summer without air conditioning included is a joke – there’s a small note in the terms and conditions, but you really have to read everything carefully to notice it. Charging an extra 15 EUR per day for A/C is unacceptable, especially considering the overall cost of the booking. The pool is nice, but we had no control over the filtration or lighting (only scheduled cleaning at night), so the pool was dirty during our last two days. We arrived at the house at 10:30 PM, and there wasn’t even a bottle of water provided, nor any coffee or tea – quite stingy, to be honest. Only 1 key was available for 4 people, we would have appreciated to get another one (made request but that was refused) Check out at 10am is very early... we had the cleaning team knocking on door the day of departure at 9.57am and she was quiet agressive that we weren't already out. Last but not least, waste sorting is mandatory (they charge you 20 EUR per bin if you don't do it), but if you’re not staying a full week, there’s no way to dispose of glass properly so we had to find an alternative.
