Beautiful villa restaurants and supermarket not far from villa, 10 minute walk to old town, everything you need in villa and air conditioning, if you need anything sorted they sort out for you and they check in with you to make everything is Okay. Would recommend to stay here.

We liked the location and ease of entry, due to the concise instructions. The villa was well appointed and had all the amenities we needed. The contact, efficiency and friendliness of Buenavilla, particularly David, made it an effortless and enjoyable stay.

Internet could have been more robust but this wasn't a major issue and I know that if I had reported it, it would have been sorted immediately.

This villa was unreal so beautiful, everything you need very helpful with communication, all you need is there I'd highly recommend, 6 will fit in there but 4 very comfortably, away from strip and old town but just nice away, we walked down and sometimes walked back but €5 for taxi so was perfect, did a big shop first day on arriving in mercadona supermarket beside farrinos hotel and got a taxi right outside and back up to the villa no problem, played pool a few times , dont hesitate with this villa yea wont be disappointed

Really not very much as some nice bars and restaurants close just a bit of a walk or a taxi to Main centres but really not a dislike

The property is far more nicer than the pictures show. The front of the property gets the sun all day and the glassed area is perfect when the Lanzarote wind picks up. The pool table was a great quality and solid. The management team were amazing and they use a business whatsapp account to keep you up to date which allows you and them to all see the same information and communicate directly. You are required to give a 300 euro security deposit. Our deposit was returned no problems after we returned home. Excellent value for money. We had a wonderful stay.

Location and privacy, the welcome pack was a nice touch, laundry facilities brand new so it was a bonus not to come home with piles of washing. King suite very spacious and such a comfy bed Home from home kitchen facilities, including an american fridge & freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher and all pots, pans & utensils you would need. English TV with netfix, books and board games Supermarket , with fresh bread and croisants, good variety of beer & wines, plus, other bars and resturants just a short strol awayl

The mattress in the double room dipped in the middle and clearly needs replacing Pool not cleaned during our stay, when we were told it would be The villa needs a deep clean, ie skirting boards, internal doors and paintwork needs touching up
