Location….

Pool not heated…

Pool area in the sun til 3.30pm coffee machine and quite peaceful location with everything easy to walk to and nice shopping centre minutes away. Was able to check in 2 hours early

Water wasn’t always hot.

July was there to hand over the keys and show us around the property. She was communicative and helpful both before we arrived and during our stay.

Nothing.

We arrived very late and we were met at the entrance.

Outside was lovely and private. Sun beds and pool were fantastic. Inside is a little tired in places and could do with improvement.

Lovely pool area and very convenient location

It’s well located for the Campanario square and to get to the beach/centre on foot. Supermarket and restaurants across the road. The property has its own gated parking. The BBQ area is nice and the garden is quite private. There was plenty of room for our party of 4 adults. 2 double bedrooms (plus 1 twin). Staff were friendly and helpful when contacted. Check out request for 45 minutes later was accommodated.

Some of the furniture is tired, kitchen cupboards patched up. Although it’s supposedly to sleep 6, there wasn’t 6 of the essentials - like mugs, types of glass etc. Some of the plates were chipped, there were no coasters to encourage you to protect the furniture. The BBQ grill was past its best and there were no tools. The towels provided were tiny and marked. You couldn’t have a shower and wash your hair without borrowing someone else’s towel. Advice to take your own. No dishwasher, which is ok but also no washing up bowl and only 1 tea towel provided. Only 1 pillow per bed and no spares. On arrival 2 lights weren’t working, the coffee pot provided didn’t work on the induction hob and a wardrobe door knob was off and a sharp screw sticking out (which we tried to fix ourselves but couldn’t) - contacted them and they came and sorted quickly. We also asked for another tea towel but this didn’t materialise. There were a lot of cupboards but they were all mainly empty. There were not enough sun loungers for 6 and no pads for them or the other outdoor seating. It felt like it was probably a lovely villa when it first opened but has been allowed to deteriorate a bit.
