Nerja Paradise Rentals - Villa Dos Ardillas

The villa was very clean and spacious. We loved how the living area was upstairs and sleeping / pool was downstairs as it was a lot safer this way with a baby.

With a baby , it was a little hard to walk into Balcon de Europe. But a taxi was only €9 from the villa to Balcon so it was good value, we didn’t mind getting taxis.

It was really spacious for our group, good location. It had exactly what we needed and staff were super helpful.

The villa was amazing! Beautiful view of the sea, private pool, pool table and table tennis. 5 minute walk down to Burriana Beach and access to Nerja town. Communication was also brilliant and the team were always very helpful.

The hill up from the beach can be abit tough when pushing a pram but overall worth it for the beautiful beach!!

Location was fine in good weather

The location is a whole house and has a beautiful view to the sea and is quite close to the beach, though you have to make a little detour to get there. It has a terrace and a private small pool, plus some games like table tennis. Also nice are the sunbeds outside and dining outside. It has a washing machine, coffeemaker, iron, microwave oven, stove, dishwasher, etc. You can park your car safely inside the property behind the gate. The organisation who manages the rental is responsive to questions and takes care of repairs where needed.

Hard to keep warm in winter (January), even with the electric heaters placed in the living room. Very outdated, too small TV. Wifi didn't work at first. Somebody came to fix it a few hours later. The hood in the kitchen is extremely noisy. Also the equipment has not been modernized, but is kept simple (yet functional).
