Location outstanding

Great villa - temp of the pool needs looking at.

Dejligt roligt område, skøn pool og have. Gode værelser og dejlige terrasser.

Boligen var ikke klar (rengjort) da vi kom, vi havde meldt check in mellem 4 og 5 men rengøringen var først færdig kl. 6. Vandhanen i køkkenet var ved at falde af hver gang man tændte den.

El acceso

Es hat uns richtig gut gefallen, die schönen Olivenbäume, der Blick, die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, der Pool und nicht zuletzt der kurze schöne Weg in die Stadt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Scharfe Messer fehlen immer, ist wahrscheinlich einfach schwierig. Aber ein paar Schneidebretter wären noch toll.

Sehr schöner Garten mit Pool, sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermietung, gute Ausstattung. Zum Strand und Pollenca jeweils 5 Minuten Autofahrt. Pollenca und Port Pollenca sind sehr schön und der Strand war sehr schön und ruhig.

Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können, aber nachdem wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, wurde es sofort behoben.

Wspaniała willa na pobyt rodzinny, wygodny rozkład pokoi, kuchnia zewnętrzna jest super dodatkiem i pozwala na przygotowanie dań grillowych i organizowanie kolacji. Dzieci były bardzo zadowolone z możliwości zabaw w basenie bez ograniczeń czasowych, basen jest czysty i dostatecznie duży, żeby popływać i się w nim powygłupiać. Willa nie jest już pierwszej świeżości, ale wszystko jest zadbane. Na pewno ponownie rozważę wynajęcie tego miejsca podczas pobytu na Majorce.

- Łóżko podwójne na parterze mogłoby być większe - Łazienka na piętrze mogłaby być już odnowiona

+ outdoor area is beautiful and well maintained + self check in with key box + a lot of great dining areas + area is quiet and close to the port - dishwasher is not usable since it is heavily rusted - all bedrooms smell moldy and wet - Kitchen is outdated and too small for a bigger group and has no basics like oil, salt etc - Cleaning staff comes without prior notice - Lightning is horrible, even with daylight it’s quite dark in the living area - Kitchen window is not closing so it’s a safety hazard - Overall not very clean and in some rooms were bugs crawling everywhere on the floor Would probably not stay there again but look for an option in the same area.

Position and pool

Loved the rustic villa, really great setting and lovely views of the mountains. Great to have a pool and lots of space for the kids to run around. The beds were very comfy and we enjoyed having lots of options for where we’d eat each night! The location was also great, easy to get to the port and old town.

The bathrooms and kitchen were a bit dated but it’s exactly as you can see in the pictures.
