The owner was very kind . The house was cosy and nice.

The house was hard to find .

It was pretty cheap, but you get what you pay for... I left a 10 star review, because I don't want to hurt the owner here on Booking with redaction of stars. In reality, this property deserves less.

The posting will give you a false feeling of a secluded cabin on the mountain, where you can spend some peaceful and romantic time. False! The house is a urban area, surrounded by construction, garbage and neighbors! Here is the kickoff: THE OWNER LIVES IN THE SAME HOUSE, right underneath the guest floor. So much for your privacy... The dog: She has a very aggressive little pekingese dog that bites! So please be aware if letting children pet or play with this seemingly cute dog! This dog BIT MY DAUGHTER puncturing her skin on 3 places, through the jacket! Imagine if she wasn't wearing her jacket... The dog runs around freely, with no leash, even that the owner knows it has history of biting people and kids. After I told her that the dog bit my 7 year old daughter, she was not concerned, neither did she care to even come and take a look, never mind to comfort the child. The facilities: it's clean and authentic looking, however some things need improvement: The bathroom sink's faucet pipe is longer then the sink, making it impossible to use the sink, without pouring water on the floor (or your feet). Most toiletry bottles are empty, so bring your own shower gel. There is no TV at all. I don't understand this. TVs are so cheap nowadays. It's just being cheap and not wanting to buy one. There is absolutely no outside chilling area, so there it goes your "nature vacation and hanging out experience"... You can go inside and go to sleep right away. I left 10 stars out of feeling sorry... But this place is far from what it seems.

We had a super stay in Menka Cabin. The lovely host was very welcoming and willing to help with anything. In the evening we relaxed outside enjoying the view and we also cooked our dinner in the cabin. In the morning we walked around the old village and then went to the stopic caves which are a very short drive away.

Very pleasant accommodation, in a quiet location, yet with good access to Old village. Clean and nice facilities with pleasant and very helpful staff. Thank you.

amazing house with spirit of old times for comfortable stay nowadays. It is very close (walking distance like 4 minutes) to Open air museum Old village Sirogojno, which I definitely recommend to visit and have lunch there also. Spomenka - owner is very friendly, you are amazing human, thank you, it was pleasure to meet you.
