Good location, pool area sheltered. Comfortable living space Comfortable bedrooms

It really could do with a little TLC, it’s not bad just a little tired. Perhaps a welcome pack would be nice as there are no cleaning products leftover. The thing that I would be most critical of is the smell from the drains, it was grim.

Not enough appliances booked for 8 people only 4 forks ect, mattresses stained badly and very uncomfortable, kitchen light didn't work which were dangerous while cooking, safety gates broken and when have young children like I did wasn't practical, silver fish everywhere on the worktops sofas and beds. Window and door locks or handles broken. The pool wasn't heated like stated, a grate cover on patio broken, had many many faults for the amount of money people spend per week needs sorting. Wrong address given says 6a yet its 8casa4 so we went to the wrong villa and couldnt get in were a very big stressful morning with 5 young children and severely disabled daughter plus luggage. Luckily the cleaner who were present helped us when she came outside. The company I called wasn't of any help.

Needs updating,proper deep clean,bedding didn't get changed,we stayed one week.toilet and bathroom smell of drains,could of had basic essentials ie:toilet rolls bin bags washing up liquid hand wash.

Very clean, short walk to the main strip for restaurants & shops etc.

Pool a bit small, but not too far away from the beach.

It need some TLC, no tea towels no cloths no ironing board some mattress stained, don’t think I will book again but thank you

The location was good but thats it.

From the minute we arrived we knew it was run down. Broken shutters, grates chairs on patio. Doors we didn't have keys to. Broken beds stained and ripped bedding. Paint coming off the walls. Loose handrails on stairs. Broken cooker hob. No key to fire escape for basement room. No smoke alarms. Burns in sofa. Pool had a broken step. But as you use the other side not a problem..... until they accused us of breaking it and demand cash. Only to find a very rude man in his boxer shorts in the pool at 9am fixing the pool we had supposedly broken but turned up with ladders already purchased. We had lucky taken photographs on arrival. Incase of such a situation AVOID THEM and any other properties with the same company.

We had a lovely stay here in Villa Bellamar. The location is good, not too far from the main strip. It’s fine walking down but coming back it is uphill, didn’t cause much of an issue though as taxis are plentiful and if you download the app hoppy there are scooters you can rent that we found very handy. The pool is not huge but it is bigger than it looks in the photos, it was perfect for us. It also has shade on some part of it almost all day which we found great when it was too hot. We also liked that it is completely private with high walls so passersby and neighbours cannot see in. The WiFi worked well for what we needed it for. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, although we didn’t use either. The villa is spacious but there was only 2 of us so we can’t comment on what the rest of the bedrooms were like to sleep in. The main bedroom upstairs is big and the air con is great. The water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was great for showering and always had hot water. Towels are also provided and were changed once throughout our stay. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and although it could do with a few maintenance improvements, we would most probably stay here again if we were to go back to the area.

The listing states that there is ironing facilities and although we found an iron in one of the wardrobes, we could not find an ironing board. I did message to ask about one and they said they would get back to me, but they never did. It meant I had to iron everything on a towel on the floor which was not very comfortable at all. We were there for 9 nights and the pool was cleaned once, but towards the very end of our stay. It would have been nicer to have it cleaned half way through maybe, to keep the pool fresh. It also stated the pool would be cleaned early in the morning or late in the evening but the staff arrived in the middle of the afternoon to clean the pool, while we were trying to enjoy it. It didn’t take too long so it wasn’t a massive inconvenience. There is also a terrible smell from the plumbing that comes and goes throughout the villa but that seems to be a problem in the area in general out there as we could smell it while out and about on some streets and in some pubs. The knob of the oven was also worn so we could not tell what setting we were putting it on, so it was a bit of a guessing game. Another minor thing is that there is no hand soap in any of the bathrooms or dish soap to wash the dishes so we had to buy our own.
