Very comfortable place. Absolute value for money.

Nothing really. The staff doesn't speak English so that is the only thing I can think of, but at this price it hardly a point. The staff is very warm and welcoming though.

Mr. Roghu was an excellent guy. He is very much humble, innocent looking. The rooms,, bathrooms, corridor, stairs were and neat and clean. The rooms were spacious and beds were bigger and finally comfortable. Big screen tv was good. Very fast wifi internet. Very close to Coimbatore airport.

When we reached at around 2 pm, nobody was there. About afte half an hour, I found Roghu. Roghu is the only person to manage guests, so far I knew. Nobody was there to carry our luggages to our room. I myself did the job and did the same thing during checking out. I'll suggest to hire at least one person to take care of the guests. The property location is good but connecting roads is not good as well. Besides, a bit far from the city. We did not have breakfast due to time constraints though we were entitled to. So, I've no idea about breakfast. No intercom and the tv was not smart.

Property was neat and clean. It was a one night stay. It has all basic amenities needed for solo travelers. It has covered parking but limited first come, first serve basis. Very good caretakers. People at check-in reception and security are very respectful and helpful.. property is located exactly the backside of CIT college. Easily accessible to main road. Everything facilities given in the rooms were working, including TV with set off box has so many channels.

I didn't get hot water in the shower. I was expecting the hot water since the weather was cold outside.
