location , room service , cleanliness ,silent room and The manager Mr .BABU he is really nice and helpful guy .

It is far away from main road and I think difficult to find auto from there.

BF bought it from local mess it seems

It is mingled with monthly paying facility

The breakfast was good, the house supervisor very hepfull and obsessed with getting a good rating. The room and bath room is spacious. However noticed that the security guard and possibly the house supervisor do have a swig or two, not a safe situation.

The property is very badly located well into the interior, and several right and left turns on bad roads almost a dirt track well off the main road. Very difficult to find after dark had to ask passers by every time. Would be a nightmare during the monsoons. Worse still the property although located some distance from the International airport, is separated by a field and every night when aircraft are landing or taking off frightened birds gather at the property and start banging their beaks on the glass panes of the windows to the room. Very disturbing to say the least.

The room and the bathroom are big enough clean and nice. Personal was very nice.
