Villa 2br Heafy Lodge Villa located within Cypress Lakes Resort

Peaceful and quiet, beautiful views with kangaroos around at dawn and dusk.

Cleanliness and maintenance were somewhat disappointing. Cleaners only seem to change the linen and wash the floors. Very stained and dusty surfaces with mould apparent in the bathroom. Noticeable lack of maintenance including towel rack needing to be fixed, oven door not closing and clothes dryer filter very loose. Also, the distance from the swimming pool was not really walkable.

I liked the location, I found it was sign posted well so it was easy to get to. The house was lovely, very spacious and comfortable

I found it a bit confusing that there was a lockbox on the door as well as a pad that needed code entry. At first I was trying to get the key by going through the lockbox but then I realised that you use the coded pad on the door. Also the balcony was full of ants so couldn’t sit there which was unfortunate because it was such a lovely view of the golf course. But I realise that it is probably very hard to deal with the ant problem.
