Villas Mariposas Dreams

Pool was a perfect size and depth. Nicely heated.villa was spacious and very well equipped with all essentials. Walk to town centre 10/ 15 mins. Fuerchina shops beside villa absolutely perfect for all your holiday requirements, especially if any small birthday celebrations are taking place during your vacation. Parking also available close by. Would recommend Stop in Paradise for car rental. From time of booking, host Felix was extremely helpful and supportive of any requests and requirements needed, was readily available for all concerns .Would highly recommend.

Darts board was not working and should be replaced. Wasn't functional as per advertisement. Pool table needs updating but nevertheless provided entertainment.

Pool area was perfect. Villa is nice. Location is about 10 mins walk to the start of the strip. Communication was really good

The size of the villa was perfect for a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 teenage boys. Pool was big enough for everyone to enjoy and was heated, which is always a bonus. The villa was well equipped inside, particularly the kitchen. All you would need as if you were at home. Having towels was an extra we didn't expect. Beds were comfy and aircon worked very well in all the rooms. Having a smart TV was good so we could sign in to our netflix late in evening to watch a film. Overall an enjoyable place to stay for a weeks holiday

We didn't think the location was brilliant. We would have preferred to be a bit closer to shops/bars, and restaurants. The main strip where all the shops etc are was a good 20-minute walk every night, and although we had a hire car the parking in the town was difficult. We walked there and back every night, so felt quite far in the end. The villa itself was as described; however, the pool table and darts board are very old and tired. The dart board in fact, didn't work and needs replacing. The pool table wasn't level, and due to the constant breeze of dust from the main road, it was very dirty every day. To the point, the boys didn't want to play as their hands were filthy after playing. After looking at many villas before booking, we booked this for the added extras of a pool table and dart board for the lads. If we had known they would be dirty, old, and not working correctly, we wouldn't have booked this villa.

The property was large enough to accommodate all 6 of us comfortably. Air con throughout. Great facilities and the host had thought about a lot of things to make your stay comfortable. Close to town, water park and the beach. Taxis readily available. Supermarket not far away. Great shop that sold everything on our door step. Host was very helpful and quick to respond.

Just a few things: Could do with more blankets for the beds Pool table and dart board a little tired but worked Air con in front room didn’t work and tv controls were broken. Advised the host but neither affected our stay. Bathrooms need a deep clean Pool should be cleaned mid stay Needs baking trays for the oven, surprised there were none considering it was SC Sofa bed is not comfortable enough to be used for that purpose

Neighbouring properties had groups of drunken youths making noise until 4am. Pool stains clothes green if you use sun cream.

The Villa itself has so much potential. It's modern, has a good size pool and is well-equipped.

Unfortunately when we arrived the villa was filthy and the toilet was broken. While this was sorted promptly by the team, who were very responsive, the villa and its amenities did not meet our expectations. The photos shown here were clearly taken when the property was brand new. Now there's a lot of wear and tear - the bathroom grout is moldy, for example and the pool needs a good scrub. Not only this, but both the pool table and darts board were broken - key selling points in my opinion which should be kept as new. Overall, I wouldn't return to this Villa, nor to this part of Corralejo which is rather run down.

The villa had everything we needed for a family with 2 grown up children plus partners. The pool was a good size for all, with plenty of sun beds. Seeing the photos of the other villas in the row, I was afraid of being overlooked , but I didn't feel that at all. The pool table was a winner and was used most nights although not quite so level, just added to the fun of it 😂. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The bedrooms were a good size with bath towels, pool towels, extra pillows and blankets, the mattress and pillows were absolutely beautiful! Memory foam, firm, just how I like them. We had the best nights sleep. The safe in the wardrobe was easy to use. The bathrooms were also clean and showers were great. The air con was in good working order. Perfect place to stay for a family. The owner/ staff were excellent, only a what's app/call away for questions, coming back to us straight away! The maid contacted me after we had checked out to let me know she's found a bracelet in the bedroom. I was so grateful for that! The location was great too. A half hour walk from corrolejo beach and town which we visited a few times throughout our stay. There were some bars and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away but we didn't try them, we preferred to walk into town. The water park was great which is only a 10 minute walk away and entry was quite cheap too!

One of the down sides of the canaries is the dust. Everything has a layer of dust outside, which makes its way inside if the doors are open and it's windy, which made it feel a bit dirty. We swept up a layer of fine red sand every morning from the floor inside the villa. The pool seemed like it hadn't been cleaned but I suppose it was the beginning of the season and we could hear they were working their way around. Maybe they hadn't done ours yet, but I would've thought it would've been done before we arrived. The cushion on the egg chair was a bit worn and needs replacing. Just needed covering with a throw and it was all good. There was an area about 10 minutes away near the water park which seemed to be an abandoned building/old theme park. We think there were homeless people squatting there, you could see them coming in and out on bikes. They never bothered us and we didn't feel threatened, although I wouldn't walk alone past there at night. All in all, many more positives than negatives. I wouldn't visit again but not because of the villa, the villa was amazing. Feurteventura in general just not for us unfortunately 😊
