These three bedroom villas are very new and luxurious with all mod cons, such as WiFi, A/C, dishwasher, washing machine, flatscreen TV, rainfall showers in two modern bathrooms (one is en suite to the main bedroom). Unfortunately, there are no windows in the bathrooms, plus all of the windows in the villa are actually patio doors, so it's not really possible to have any fresh air coming into the villa unless you're there to keep an eye on things and you probably wouldn't feel safe leaving the bedroom patio doors open all night. However, there is A/C throughout, which will be a necessity in the height of Summer and was also welcome in late May when we stayed. Apparently there are security cameras but we could only see one on the side of the villa and it didn't appear to be pointing anywhere useful! They arranged for a pool table to be delivered when we were there, which was great entertainment for our three lads! There's also a magnetic dartboard. These are both outside in the shaded area underneath the solar panels. The pool is absolutely beautiful and we used it every day! It was also nice to cool down using the outside shower next to the pool. There are great views from the roof terrace, but we didn't go up there much because there's no outside furniture up there or any shade. I guess you could take some chairs or some of the loungers up there if you really wanted to. There is a parasol, but we didn't see a separate base for it. The staff were great and when we asked for some extra towels they brought some round later the same day. Everything was provided, even dishwasher tablets, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper. Overall, it is a great villa with almost everything you could need. We'd definitely stay here again.

Apart from as previously mentioned regarding the lack of smaller opening windows...The rules state that you're not allowed to wear any suncream in the pool, which was a shame because we all got sunburnt, despite our best efforts. There was no maintenance visit by a pool person whilst we were there, which was surprising, as we'd usually expect this a couple of times per week in a quality villa like this. The kitchen is quite well equipped but there weren't any baking trays other than the huge one in the bottom of the oven. There was also only one chopping board for meat/vegetables and we'd usually expect at least two or three. All of the doors and door hinges creak and could use some oil to make them quieter. The mattress on our bed was pretty solid, as were the pillows. We think it's all memory foam and it was pretty hot to sleep on. We didn't hire a car but we used a taxi company recommended by the villa's management for our airport transfers. (60 EUR each way for 6 people). We used a few taxis as the villa is a good 15-20 minute walk from the main shopping and restaurant area. It's only about 5 or 6 EUR to get back from the main area to the villa. The lads also had a go at renting some electric scooters via an app, but it's not for everyone! You also need to watch out for a few mad scooter riders when you're walking around the area!
