"Wonderful place - comfortable and lovely service"

Communication with Janet was excellent before our arrival and she helped me with a couple of queries about the local sights. The young lady who runs the place was very welcoming and the room was absolutely beautiful in an old style with lots of space. The Wifi was average in the room but worked well on the terrace and the swimming pool was a bonus. The shower was superb!! Breakfast was good and all in all a great experience.

Be aware that this location is not walkable to the cable car station.

"Superb"

The facility was great, and the king-size room and the bathroom were very comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is about 20 minutes from the 'teleferico' to Kuelap, but you need a car.

I paid a bit more than expected.

"Isolated but not peaceful"

Bed was comfortable

Property is isolated - 3.5km from the center of Nuevo Tringo. Despite this, it’s noisy as all of the rooms are close together. During my stay the pool was full of noisy children & in the evening there were people sitting outside next to my room talking until 10pm….and then again the next morning at 6.30am! My room wasn’t very clean & was full of bugs including a cockroach wouldn’t stay here again wouldn’t recommend
