La villa es bastante amplia, la cocina tiene todo lo necesario con varias cafeteras (una de cápsulas y otra italiana e incluso un hervidor de agua), el jacuzzi está limpio y es grande. Tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y no se pasa nada de calor al dormir.

Las almohadas y los colchones habría que renovarlos.
