Glass fencing not really clean to see the view

Stunning property in the hill overlooking Apollo Bay. It might be a studio room, but they were kitted out very thoughtfully, from the cooking options to the washer and dryer. Wine on arrival was really appreciated, especially when drunk on the beautiful deck looking at the view. Heated blanket although not needed was a nice touch. There are only 5 properties at the location and each is very private.

Excellent location, beautifully maintained with a view over the bay, close enough to get to food and supplies in the town, but remote enough to feel private. Loved the fire place for a winter stay. A lovely one room stay, and the spa with a view was a treat. Gorgeous in the day and special stargazing from the balcony at night. Came to relax and did.

The view is amazing, this is probably the biggest plus point. Spacious and exclusive environment. The amenities in the room are well equipped.

It’s quite remote to drive up. The driveway within the property is difficult to manoeuvre if you are driving a front wheel drive vehicle as the roads are difficult for my car to get traction. I had to reverse park in the dark so that I can get myself on to the driveway. Some cobwebs inside and outside the villa, would have expected a more thorough level of cleaning, but I found a couple of dead spiders instead. Some bowls and frying pans look rather over used and scratched up. There is no heating in the bathroom, which means you can have a warm bath but dry yourself in the cold.
