Central position, kind housekeeper

We had to wait almost 2 hours to check in as there was an issue with the keys. Not a single word from owner. When we eventually got in the apartment it was dirty and there was a bad smell everywhere as if it had been shut for ages. Very quirky surrounding abandoned houses.

Nothing

Host refused to accomodate us, despite our valid reservation. We asked the host about details of check in, and he asked only to inform him 30 minutes before arrival, so we have done it. However, when we arrived at place, host firstly has been ignoring us, and after few contact attemps, he requested us to "cancel booking and find another place", because we arrived "so late" (at 9.30 PM), and "nobody is in the house". As a result, we were suddenly left without accomodation in unknown city. We haven't been informed in advance that host expects us to arrive until specific time, moreover, we haven't been informed that nobody is going to meet us at the accomodation. This guy showed absolute lack of respect, professionalism and empathy toward his guests. Definately, avoid at any cost, as you never know when you will come "too late".

this house is definitely beautiful from the interior with exposed brick work all around and spacious rooms. all the available appliances worked well, however it hadn't been cleaned it a long time leading to insects and spiders in the washroom and a not-so-good approach to the house.

This is my second time feedback. Please keep basic amenities like tooth brush and tooth paste.

Location is wonderful, cosy and spacious rooms, parking space, has a grocery store, pharmacy and a bakery nearby. Amazing for families with kids. Feels like home with a story. Was lovely to find out it related to Chingiz Mustafayev. It was a very special experience.

The heaters were working poorly, there was hot water only in one of the bathrooms. And the smaller bathroom was freezing cold. Considering we were visiting during colder months, it was an issue. Bed linens felt like it needed an update.

Very spacious, beautiful and tastefully done.
