the Views. the Pool

I Paid £300 in damage Protection and got £267 back Approx even with exchange rate on my Debit Card , I paid Approximately 170 euros in Local Tax for 8 people, but had it confirmed that our Party was Four, NOT EIGHT that's not right !, I expected to get at least £340 back, I am not impressed.

Absolutely fantastic again, we have been coming here a few years as we have an autistic son and he needs similarities to feel comfortable, it’s great to walk to the port and far enough to be away from anybody.

Nothing

The pool was a good size, plenty of out door seating area.

The Villa, was based next to a Horse riding school which had a dog on site at all times, 5 out of 7 nights we were there it barked through the night, one night it didn't stop from 20.00 till 2am. The smell of the horse could put people off as well. The villa was very basic and my 9 year old daughter refused to sit on the couch because it smelt. The local people don't like visitors, as the drive up to the villa is on a narrow road the local's drive at you, one day, a large man drove straight at me, stopped got out and sat on his car until I reversed around 100meters. The grass area out side you couldn't go on as the local cats used it as a litter tray.

Beautiful, small villa on the outskirts of Pollenca but not too far from the center to go out for dinner. We had a very pleasant stay and would go there again.

Right next to the house is a small horse stable with paddock. This wasn't a problem for us, but someone might find it annoying.

The pool and the garden

Air conditioning on timer - lights on timer - stable noise dog barking at 7.30am every day Mosquitos Uncomfortable outside dining chairs and no comfy sofas outside No wine glasses or plastic glasses (had to buy some) Uncomfortable beds No mention that two bedrooms were via an external staircase with no access to house smelly drain in master bedroom en suite

Lovely surroundings and everything from the pool to the rooms was all ok.

May be an outside garbage can :-)

Really lovely villa. Good sized pool. Toys left for children to play with. Nice garden. Good cooking facilities and BBQ area. Quiet location but not far from town centre.

Mosquitos were a problem but not unique to this villa. Stables next door but we weren’t bothered by it.

Well equipped. Lovely pool & grounds. Close to the town and beach but also nice and quiet .

A little too close to the stables. But didn’t really spoil anything.
