Excellent friendly helpful host. Spacious comfortable accommodation. Good pool and grounds including trampoline. Near nice town with good facilities.

Directions to accommodation inaccurate and property further away from town than shown. To find property from El-400 go straight across roundabout in santa gertrudis then turn right onto Cami de Cas Ramons. After approximately 1/2mile at a left hand bend take the turning on the right. After approximately 200m after passing concrete wall on left turn left onto concrete road after 50m will see gate to property straight ahead.

Villa is stunning as well as Augustin and his wife! The villa has everything for a group of friend such as barbecue and ping pong table as well! We enjoyed the pool

Host was very nice and friendly. Accomodation was in an excellent location central to everything with a small car journey. Kids loved the trampoline, pool and toys.

Property could do with modernisation.

"Child friendly, spacious villa in a beautiful area"

The hostess was fabulous, super friendly and helpful. We got eggs from the henhouse and breakfast provisions when we arrived, which was a nice touch. Our son adored the trampoline and all of the kids playthings, it’s perfect for young children. There is a huge outdoor area that’s lovely for eating or relaxing. The area is also the nicest town in ibiza in my opinion, lots of nice restaurants and shops.

The beds weren’t the most comfortable but we still slept well.

Amazing Villa. Loads of space, lovely pool, great host.

Only trouble we had was it was tricky getting taxis to pickup from the villa, but theres a taxi rank within walking distance.

Bedrooms air conditioning excellent. Great pool area. Covered outside eating area in shade which was ideal. Quiet location but only short walk to shops and restaurants. Host was very helpful.

Traditional style villa. Although we were all adults, it was nice to see a wide range of activities for youngsters.

Nothing but it is very difficult find. A local map would be helpful with the villa marked
